The short version

You are refunded in full for any stage we have not started. We do not refund work already performed, and we do not refund government or third-party fees, which never come to us in the first place.

Stage-by-stage refunds

Because every step is bought separately, a refund is straightforward: if you have purchased a bundle and stop partway, the stages we have not begun are refunded at their individual list price.

Fixed fee, no top-ups

The price shown when you buy a step is the price. We do not come back for more part-way through because something turned out to be more work than expected.

One free resubmission

If a document or application we prepared is returned for a correction that was our error, we redo it at no cost.

What is not refundable

Work already delivered, such as a written assessment, a drafted statement of purpose or a submitted application. Government, embassy and third-party fees. Refusals: a negative decision by an authority is not a failure of our service and does not trigger a refund.

How to request one

Message us from the portal or email us. We will confirm what has and has not been started, and process anything owed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
